Afrobarometer Round 10 microdata for Angola now available on the Ovilongwa portal
Ovilongwa has released, in its data repository, the full microdata of the Afrobarometer Round 10 survey in Angola, with fieldwork conducted in 2024. This is the most recent observation in the series and opens the way to new analyses of what Angolans think.
The dataset covers all 18 provinces, with a nationally representative sample of 1,200 respondents and 492 variables, organised into modules on democracy and governance, presidential approval, corruption, the economy and living conditions, public service delivery, elections, press freedom, gender and civic participation. The data are provided in the final weighted version (July 2024).
The files are made available in SPSS (.sav) format under a CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence and enable longitudinal comparison with Rounds 8 (2019) and 9, strengthening the empirical basis of Ovilongwa's publications.
